Important Delivery Information

We require a contact number for the recipient for all deliveries
All deliveries that fall outside the Upper Highway area – we phone the recipient first to ensure somebody will be at the address given
If there is nobody at the delivery address given, at the time of delivery, we will make every attempt to contact the recipient and arrange another suitable delivery time. We will redeliver free of charge to the Upper Highway area. If the area falls outside Upper Highway another delivery fee will be payable.
